Problems Logging In To Your
Member Area?

Try these solutions in this order:

• Are you sure you are on the right login page?
   

• Do you actually have access to the product?
  You can check which Oxford & Boston products you own by logging in to our eCommerce platform with your standard email and password.
   

• Retrieve Lost Password.
   

• Still not working?
  If you own V2 of the IM Index Mind Map have you obtained V3 (PRO Edition) and transitioned to the new Members Area? If not, log in to the old member area for information on how to get V3.
   

• Still having problems?
  When you enter your login details, ensure you don't have any spaces before or after the text you enter. Take special care with the password.
   

• Still not solved?
  Clear your cookies and try again
   

• If none of that helps, raise a Support Ticket and include:

  • The URL of the login page (not this page)

  • Your username/email

  • The password you are using
