Reseller Partners
have bought resell rights / master resell rights to the IMI
Organizer MAP product - or own the IMI Organizer PRO
which means you automatically get those rights..
Here are your recommended instructions. You may, off course,
choose to do your promotional activities differently.
Note that you will need basic HTML skills, the ability to put
up a webpage, and the ability to take payments from customers.
(At the moment, we cannot offer support in those areas.)
Step 1: Get the Reseller Partner Package
If you have not already downloaded this from the members
area, do so now.
Step 2: Register as an Affiliate
Previous affiliates of V2 of the IM Index Mind Map should
ALSO go to the above link.
If you have already registered, your affiliate ID was
sent to you in the email welcoming you to the Affiliate
List. (If you didn't receive that welcome email, check your
junk/spam folder for the list registration confirmation
email. It is important that you get registered on that
list).
If you have lost that email, you can retrieve your
affiliate ID from here:

Your affiliate ID is your registration number on that
site. A registration number of #123 means your affiliate ID
is 123.
Step 3: Set up your sales page for the IMI Organizer Map
Create and upload your sales pages for the IMI
Organizer Map.
You can either create your own page, or you can use the
one we provided in the Reseller Partner Package.

for the recommended prices. Please do NOT charge
significantly less than these prices for the following
reasons:
- It distorts the market and devalues the product.
Eventually, all resellers could suffer and I would be
forced to stop offering Resell Rights.
- When we promote upgrades to the PRO version, we have
to charge everyone the same upgrade price (since we
don't know how much people paid for the purchase of the
Map version). If the prices are too low, it makes a
nonsense of the upgrade charges.
- You - and others - will be making a one-time-offer
for the Map version (at least, you SHOULD be doing that
to make the best of this opportunity). If your standard
price for the Map version is too low, your one-time
offer price will be less attractive and you will make
fewer sales.
- The recommended one-time-offer price is already
exceptionally good value. To offer the product at
anything less than this would be ridiculous
- Lower prices do not always mean more sales, and
often mean lower profits.
If I feel that someone's pricing policy is distorting the
market, I reserve the right to refund their purchase of the
resell rights and not make the product available to their
customers.
What you deliver to your customers
Nothing!
Just present them with the appropriate thank you page (we
provide you with these in the Partner Pack) and make sure
you change them to include YOUR affiliate ID. When you load
the pages it should be obvious what changes you need to
make.
Step 5: Brand the Expert Guide to Organizing eBook
Within the Reseller Partner Package....
a) Locate the re-brander file:
ExpertGuideToOrganizingIM_Rebrander-RP.exe
b) Run this program to create a branded version of the
Guide. You will be shown the links that can be re-branded.
Replace them as follows:
http://im-index.com/map/?aff_if=1
Replace the whole link with the URL of
your sales page for the IMI Organizer Map.
All other links ending with ?aff_id=1 (there
may be only one)
Replace the 1 with your affiliate ID.
c) Save the re-branded version and rename the file to be:
ExpertGuideToOrganizingIM.pdf
The only actions readers of the Guide can take are to
- Go to YOUR sales page for the IMI Organizer Map,
or
- Download the IMI Folders through a link with your
affiliate ID
Step 6: Give it away
Your task is simply to distribute this branded pdf any way you wish. The only
restriction is that you may NOT sell it.
However, instead of saying you are simply "giving away an
eBook", make a point of saying you are "giving away a
complete PRODUCT" - the IMI Organizer. That is much
more attractive to people.
RECOMMENDATION
Put up a website to promote the IMI Organizer.
You can either design your own website or - better still
- simply use the one provided in your Partner
Package.
STRONG RECOMMENDATION
If you have the tools and technical ability - set up a
One-Time-Offer so that, when people go to access the
IMI Organizer from you, they are presented with a
One-Time-Offer to purchase the IMI Organizer Map from
YOUR site at a special discount.
Of course, you then keep 100% of the price.
If you don't know how/don't want to bother setting up an
OTO - don't worry. A link to your IMI Organizer Map
sales is embedded in the Guide, and you can always send
email promotions to your customer to upgrade to the Map
Edition.
Step 7: Collect sales income & commission!
Well, of course you need to find ways to drive traffic to
your website, but other than that, we handle everything else
- including support, product upgrades and upsells to PRO.
With Reseller Partners, we are very careful to not
promote upgrades to the Map Edition to your
customers. We regard that as YOUR job!
However, if someone does not upgrade after a few weeks,
we DO start promoting the PRO edition to them - and,
of course, any resulting sales result in commissions to you.
And don't forget - you are always eligible to earn
recurring "Finders Fees" (see the
Affiliates page)
